REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We handle each return case-by-case with the goal of making our customers happy.
We do not accept returns on our products due to their perishable nature. However we want you to be able to indulge in our fine coffee and cacao products. If you are not satisfied with our products, contact us within 7 days after receiving your product and we will assess if we can send a replacement.
If an item is missing or damaged, contact us as soon as you notice and we will send a replacement. It is required to send a photo of the damaged item in order to receive a replacement.
